Holiday Achievements Pt.1

Surprise? Well you best be! If it weren't for some individuals out there, this place would still be collecting (cyber)dust! So please give them a big thank you! [pfft.] As most of you may know, I was busy with some school work and recently, exams but that's not my reason for not posting. My excuse is that there isn't anything interesting happening lately. I really don't get how you daily bloggers do it. Such madness! Alright that's all. See ya next hols!



























What? Didn't you just ask for AN update? Well I'm here to tell you that I'm still alive. But obviously you want more. You all sure are greedy bastards. However, because of your kind morale support I thought I should do something in return. So, I'm here to tell you on my progress during the (almost) 1 week of hols. And I thought of a cool way to present it too! [obviously cause I'm lazy to type passages and I'm sure you'd be too lazy to read it anyways or busy trying to pick out my garammatical and sppeling errors.]

Thus, I present you, Holiday Achievements PART ONE :
[for those who are a lil unfamiliar with achievements, if the achievement is grayed out, that means I've yet to unlock it.]

I hope you guys didn't think this blog was dead. It's more like a zombie blog nao, so you best check back!! Anywayz for those faithful viewers, you MAY know that I've went to Japan, and back, infact for 3 days now. So I best start posting some of my experience before I start losing more faithful readers. Not like you guys wanna know anywayz.

Alright.

Day1 :
Board plane. Talk. Sleep. Eat. Sleep.

Day2 :
Wake up. Arrive Japan. First stop, INSTANT RAMEN MUSEUM. Saw some ancient ramen, then modern ramen and lastly SPACE RAMEN. and how they make ramen and all that stuff. NEXT, Osaka Castle. Saw some really cool scenary and ate self-made takoyaki which mine burnt. [forgot to take pic] Next, went Kobe and visited this Disaster Reduction Museum, where they showed some earthquake pics and videos and teach us how to prevent and reduce earthquakes, all those stuff. NEXT, hotel. i cant quite remember what happened later.

Day3 :
Wake up. Go Kyoto. Went to Kiyomizu Temple. Forgot to take pics. Well I have some. But not the temple but rather around it. Ill give you a link instead. Then theres this 3 fountain thingo. Where u gotto walk up there and drink either one of the 3 fountain's water. I forgot which was which but one of them is Health, middle is Wisdom and the other is Love. The pics are in the Flickr site. Next, TERAMACHI. Forgot pics again. There was this giant crab sign. In other words, its some shopping district like Petaling Street. Next, went to our main objective Omi Brotherhood School. Got some welcoming there and we did our stupid performance. Met mah host which was also Khye Mun's host. We share host. His name was Tomoki. He's kinda ok. Had fun trying to guess our conversations. Night, ate his mom's homemade sukiyaki (i think). Bliss-ness. Oh right a lil background on his family, he has a father, a lil brother named Shion, and a dog named Choco (forgot pics of dog and father and mom, im a bad bad guest.)

Day4 :
Morning had this thing. I dont know what it is but we gotto do our stupid performance again. then we had YAKISOBA PARTY. where basically grill insanely huge amount of yakisoba and we feast. how cool is that. Then went shopping with host. Which mah host so happen's to be friends with Phin Jeck's and Russel's host. So we all went shopping together. Didnt buy anything.

Day5 :
Woke up. Went Kyoto using JR Train (i think thats what they call their local trains) then took the SHINKANSEN (Bullet Train) to Maibara. The ironic thing is, from Omihaciman(where i started) to Kyoto, it took 30 mins, and Kyoto to Maibara which has a furthur distance than Omihaciman to Kyoto, it took only 20 mins. How cool is that? srsly. If you guys know how to use the Flickr map thingo, then you can get a better picture. (Oh forgot to take the picture of the bullet train coming, was daydreaming, so i took a pic of some random train. Hope that will satisfy ya.) Then from Maibara we took the JR Train to Nagahama, where we met up with his parents. Some shopping district again. Shopped a lil. Ate a lil. Then was brought to this Glass Sanding place. Where we sand glass. or something. we can draw our own design and then sand it on the glass. i dont know how to say it. Posting pics another time. At night we went to see the Hikone Castle. It was closed. So we walked around the compound. There were lights shining on it. And its hard to take pics at night. Not the mention when the castle was lit up, my camera went out of battery. Sorry guys.

Day6 :
Says goodbyes to host family. Went USJ (Universal Studios JAPAN). Rode Spiderman first, then Back to the future, then Jurrasic Park, then JAWS, (this was the part where ga, jamin, jo and khye mun ditched me and tze), then back to the future, (this was the part where ga, jamin, jo and khye mun lied about sitting the Hollywood roller coaster), then Hollywood ride something (this was the part where me and tze found out they lied). The hollywood one is supposedly the top ride in USJ, cuz it seems like the only outdoor roller coaster with real plunges. Then took some pics. Then went back hotel. Ate buffet. Played with ice cream machine. Made Float. (pics taken.)

Day7 :
Took some shadow pics (guess who). Board plane. Sleep. Wake up. Eat. Sleep. Arrive Kota Kinabalu. Board plane. Talk. Arrive KL.

THAT IS ALL.

Alright, so over there, Ive bought a few things. Fraulein Revoltech Yoko Figurine, Figumate Yoko Figurine, Capsule Flashback album and Capsule MORE! MORE! MORE! album. FYI Its not that i love yoko so much, its that i cant find others. Other people bought gundams.

Feeling arty?

Is arty even a word?

By the title I'm pretty sure you know I'm gonna show off my art again. Well I wouldn't say show off. more like... display.. yes. besides it's not really that great.

Alright, let's get to the main point.
If you all can still remember one of my older art postings here, I've received many comments mostly saying that it looks like a guy. other than that, the obvious would be the legs are too thin. so on so forth. Well, feeling uneasy about it I took the initiative to redraw a new Yoko. and hopefully a more feminine one.
jeng jeng. Well. not much comments on it. Changed a few bits here and there from the original. yea. If you noticed, her right skates are the same as her old ones. Didn't bother to do the shading on the eyes.

Here's the one that I scanned before i added all those "decorations", for those who prefer a pure one. And If you noticed, this scan is clearer and larder than the one on top. Well thats cause something happened to my scanner. Long story. but at the end I found a solution. but you guys don't care anyways.
And I'm not sure if you guys noticed, but there's something wrong with her anatomical structure. But I wont tell you cause its embarassing.

Alright besides that, as I am the Creative Editor of my school's Leo Club, I was in charged to do some deco on our board[there's this Leo board at the canteen for everyone to see] So I just whipped up something from stencils and spray paint.
Alright the words sucked a lil. But the flying cat head is kinda cool, in my opinion. And the cat's tail(?) was supposed to have that.. fading effect. but something went wrong somewhere.

Unfortunately it doesn't fit with theme of the board [supposedly too dark and Gothic? i think its cute.] But I'm just gonna leave it there.


P/s: arty is a word. yes, laugh at my lil knowledge on vocabulary.

Since there's so many people pestering me to post again. Fine I shall. Pfft.

What shall we start first? There's a bunch of things that happened since I last post, my apologies for being so lazy. But I really don't feel like recapping things right now > <>

Firstly, 15th of August(friday) was my mom's birthday. so on the 14th (thurs) the whole family went out karaoke-ing and pubbing in Bintang Palace if you guys know? So i drank i think only 2 cups of beer cause theres school tomorrow and played pool with my bro. went home around 5am. slept for 1 hr. woke up at 6. showered and left for school. definately a plesant sleep.

So erm. on that Friday there was some sort of editoral stayback thing. where the Boss, Sub Editors, and Chapter authors gotto stay back and finish up the yearbook. A lil confused? alright here's the thing : I'm in my school's Editoral Club. And the sole purpose of the club is to produce the yearbook 2008. i wasnt sure with the details but teach wants us to try to finish the yearbook so we had to stay back from 6pm after school tilllll... erm. 10? am? in the morn? XD but i ran away at 7am > <>

On the day I got back from this stayback thing. I had to leave for Kota Bharu for absolutely NO REASON. nothing to do there. nothing to see. theres only something to eat. and the mee goreng was absolutely AWESOME. and i had no inspiration to take any pictures so these were only thing I got :

I've lost my bottle. I lost it during my school's sports day which was held in the Selayang Stadium on 19/4/08 (sat). i left it at the benches, when i went bak to find it, its gone. Holidays pt.1

Sorry for the awesomely late update. I just came back from my hometown. and kinda tired. So you all should be thankful that i'm doing this now. Ill try to recall everything. Ok. let's start.

21st of Nov.
Me, Brian, Ga, and Kenneth went to sleep over at Kenneth's house. Me and Kenneth reached Kenneth's house first. then came Brian. We played PS2 as we waited for GA. When Ga arrived, what happened ar? Anywayz. we went to the internet cafe. Played some games. Then that night we had mamak for dinner. Everyone had Tandoori chicken, that roti and Milo ice. Ga had Nasi lemak and TEH ice. Then we had trouble finding a cab to Bangsar. Once we got one we went to some place called D'Haven. Isn't it a pub or cafe or something? Kenneth says its not a pub. We all had Vodka Lime for Round 1 and we had different drinks for Round 2. I had red wine. Kenneth and Brian had AK-47. Ga had the Zombie (god know whats that) Unfortunately. Ga wasn't drunk when we got home. but we all lack of cash to buy more drinks anywayz. At home we played more games then slept. Ga did some embarassing things, email me if you want to know ;]

22nd of Nov.
Woke up. Had mamak for breakfast (Me: Claypot Chicken Rice, Kenneth: some mee, Ga: some mee, Brian: some mee) and Dinner (Everyone: Roti Bom + Roti Tissue + Milo ice). What did we had for lunch? I forgot. Well. tried out 2 internet cafes. One in the afternoon and one at night. [Ga had 0 kills in CS] Then we lepak the rest of the day in Kenneth's house. Played PS2. I pwned the Kingdom Hearts II final boss when i never really played the game before and the others couldnt. hehehe. then i pawned 9 or 10 Colossus in some game that have to kill freakin BIG furry monsters. Then we slept. Had flu.

23rd of Nov.
Ate laksa in the morn and left. Reached home. Packed clothes. Balik kampung. Jam. Ate stuff. Slept. Had fever.

24th of Nov.
Slept. Slept. Slept. Ate stuff for lunch. Slept. Went to this function at night. Dad's school's anniversary or something. Ate the food they served there. Bad choice.

25th of Nov.
Had diarrhea. Ate chicken rice for breakfast and crapped it all out the next second. ugh. went back home. reached home. tired. had some mee for dinner. typing this crap.
