Zombie

It has been ten years; and this blog is still dead. Right, so I will try to maintain the same standard/format as per previous posts ie. write whatever my brain is regurgitating, ignoring grammar and spelling and talk to my imaginary audience. Really, Jon is the one that is making me do this. It all started when Jon and I were sharing our latest drawings (which you can check mine out in my half-dead tumblr), and he's like showing me his drawings which he still posts on deviantart. That's where I found some old shit about our MSN chats which prompted us to check out our old blogs. So here I am. Good memories here. Too bad all the photos are gone.

I guess what's amazing is that I'm still around. If you think about it, ten years is a long time. Ten years ago, I would had just arrived in the UK, in Cambridge, Abbey College. I wonder if ten years ago I would even imagine that I would be here - in Leicester, sitting by my PS4 and PC that I've built from scratch, still listening to vocaloid (though rarely, just coincidentally I am today), still drawing, able to play the guitar at a sort-of acceptable level, trying to start bouldering more frequently, learnt Wing Chun and was president of the University of Bristol WC club for a year, got a Rescue Diver license, working as a year two doctor, hopefully getting a radiology job in a few months. (What is this? My CV?) At this point in time, I am single again.(Lol why am I telling you that). I had my fair share of downs in the recent year - I am sure I do not need to be reminded. But hey, it be like that sometimes. I think the quote I said recently to someone, something along the lines of: "Life is full of surprises; and that is what makes life so interesting." The reply I got was that I sounded like an uncle.

Recent news? Brexit is still an ongoing thing. Would be cool to see how that turns out. Mahathir is PM again and Anwar is the co-leader - this feels like a time paradox or something.

Oh, I got an idea - think it might be cool if I took photos of my current setup and hopefully blogger won't destroy them in the next ten years. I'll wait for my brother to come down to Leicester from Leeds this Friday (so I can dogsit Toshi, yeah we got a dog now, for two weeks) to return my camera - a Fujifilm X-T20. Yeah, the Nikon D40x that I've been using to take the photos in this blog is just being stored in god knows where now - I think it might be at home in Malaysia or with my brother. So yeah, will edit this post in the future with pictures.

I guess a note for future self might be pretty nice to add here, seeing how this is really just a time capsule of thoughts. Erm, "you got it" - something like that? Well, hopefully the next time I would read this again, I hope to have found my 生き甲斐. Hope you guys find yours too.

Right time for bed, it's 1:56am and I've got psychiatry work tomorrow. Peace.

About the lack of activity here for the past few months, was kinda busy with examinations. Well it's over now and there's a few things that happened before and during the spm which is worth posting but never had the time. So instead of making separate posts for each event/crap I'll just cramp all in one. Alright.

Kinda showing my otaku-side here. So I bought this Saber Lily model, Ler helped me bought it (he got it as well). Many may know she's from Fate/Stay Night but with a different costume. This costume is only for the PS2 game "Fate/Unlimited Codes" :


Naturally, I downloaded a PS2 Emulator and "Fate/Unlimited Codes" on my PC :


Might as well download more PS2 Games right? So here's "We ♥ Katamari" It's actually pretty violent, as you can see from the screenshots I had to roll up innocent students and I've even rolled up cities and a few of the wonders of the world. This is suppose to be a family game? :

iPod² pt.2

Blog Relocation.

Wow, not only did I manage to post, but transferring my blog? Wow, I’ve outdone myself. Yup for those of you that are reading this in Blogspot, I’ve moved my blog to Tumblr. Why? I have no idea really. I just found it during the exam week and thought its kinda cool.

So I started work with the layout in tumblr when the hols started. As usual designing blog layouts are always annoying and frustrating work. The layout you see now is only temporary, will change it when I have the time again.

To celebrate this achievement, I’ve made a short comic I thought up when I was talking about ipods with one of my friends during the exam week. Well hope you like it. Haven’t done a comic in ages.

Holiday Achievements Pt.1

Surprise? Well you best be! If it weren't for some individuals out there, this place would still be collecting (cyber)dust! So please give them a big thank you! [pfft.] As most of you may know, I was busy with some school work and recently, exams but that's not my reason for not posting. My excuse is that there isn't anything interesting happening lately. I really don't get how you daily bloggers do it. Such madness! Alright that's all. See ya next hols!



























What? Didn't you just ask for AN update? Well I'm here to tell you that I'm still alive. But obviously you want more. You all sure are greedy bastards. However, because of your kind morale support I thought I should do something in return. So, I'm here to tell you on my progress during the (almost) 1 week of hols. And I thought of a cool way to present it too! [obviously cause I'm lazy to type passages and I'm sure you'd be too lazy to read it anyways or busy trying to pick out my garammatical and sppeling errors.]

Color Test

Can't be sure if there's anyone that still visits here. Posting anyways.

This is actually the first time I had drawn an animu properly (well, tried.) on pc straight with my wacom pc tablet. As you may know, I've always sketched on paper and scan and publish. Not only I've drawn straight in the computer, but also colored it! *shock* yea. yea. I know. It aint the best around the interweb, well at least I've tried.

It's damn hard to draw straight in the pc. And this is only A HEAD! I don't know how those guys do it.. Maybe theirs are the pro-er wacom tablets, mine's the basic one. Maybe.

As promised, another drawing. Seriously, I need to start drawing more frequently, gettin rusty. Made alot of major mistakes during the process. Well it's done now!

The head is whacked. I know. Ignore it. Had problems with it. Oh, and don't bother about the sword as well, got lazy to draw it after so many failed attempts on the head.
Don't mean to brag, but the rest is pretty ok, I must say. Well if you think otherwise, feel free to criticize CONSTRUCTIVELY.
